While they made a good first impression, it all fell apart after that. The only thing they did promptly was cash my check. After that, they took their time on something that was actually urgent. When they finally got around to writing a letter on my behalf, it was lacking in a deadline. Had I been on the receiving in, I would have trashed it as not being serious. They ignored two emails I sent complaining about their service and it took a month before the balance of my retainer was returned after I fired them.
