The Staff member that assisted me on my case was Nikola Velkov. He was extremely easy to talk to and understood the situations I was going through and was very empathetic. Nikola was very professional and diligent in following up on Issues that needed to be taken care of. He kept me informed of the status of the case and its progression throughout the whole process. He helped make a stressful situation for me bearable. I would hope I am never in this position again. However, if I should have need of a law firm again, I would definitely work with Higbee & Associates again as Nikola Velkov is an asset to that firm and I would have no problem working with him again. Maybe he will be an attorney by then. I don't know if that is his goal however, he would probably be an excellent one. David M
