I have a disagreement with an employee, a lawyer, who is helping here boyfriend to stay unreachable after he rearended my car. Unethical and unlawful.

Never have I ever felt the need to write a bad review but today I do this law firm from the start has been a bad experience starting off with Sona a case manager who took my case right away to represent me but with that being said everything has been handled unprofessionally from the start not answering my phone calls when needed to contact her and ask her a question about my case as well as her being absent from the office when I needed to update her on important information regarding my case as well as her updating me with insurance , therapy session’s etc information regarding my case. Therefore instead I was transferred to speak with her supervisor LILY who also was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and not understanding what my concern was but instead was quick to suggest for me to get ano

Great law firm! Had my first accident and went to HG Law for help. They handled everything for me. All I did was wait as they took care of my case. Highly recommend this firm! They might be a small firm, but they get the job done!
