Chuck Schem was the worst attorney in the world for my family law/frivolous VPO case. Chuck Schem was actually in cahoots with the opposing attorney and the GAL and constantly lied to me over and over while charging me tens of thousands of dollars. He even had some transcript changed to work against me and I have him recorded almost admitting it. He cussed at me over and over so for your sake do not DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY NOT ONLY IS HE OLD AND RUDE, BUT HE’S A LYING SHYSTER OF AN ATTORNEY. PLEASE REACH OUT IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE HIM RECORDED FOR SEVERAL MONTHS.

Alyssa is hands down the best attorney in the state! She is very on point didn’t miss a single thing!! She was always on time, organized, very quick to get things taken care of, made me feel heard and got everything I asked for in my custody battle! Even when the opposing (male) counsel tried to bully her she stood her ground very well and got what I wanted!! I would recommend her to anyone needing to get the job done!! Chuck Schem didn't look out for me. He listened to the counterpart attorney more than me and was terrible about returning my calls or emails. I probably would have had a much better outcome if he hadn't dismissed my suggestions about how to deal with my husband. Plus, he had weeks to discuss important matters with me, but gave me only two business days to make big decisions. Needless to say that put me in great disadvantage and didn’t give me enough time to negotiate anything. When settlement negotiations started, I was told to be quiet, and he spoke for me like if I wasn’t present. I was the only one who cared about my interests during a stressful and crucial time in my life. Chuck and the moderator acted like it was the old boys' club.
