Would definitely work with Mr. Pertzer and his team again if ever necessary again, hopefully it isn't, but definitely our first choice. They dealt with an extremely difficult client with patience and communicated with us every step of the process and his court case. Hester Law Group has been amazing to work with. Protecting your driving record is extremely important. I was pulled over because the car in front of me was speeding and I received their speeding ticket. Clearly I needed to make sure that I fought the ticket I received. Casey Arbenz represented me in the case. What I really liked is he didn't treat me like my case was too small or insignificant. Casey does some really big cases and I felt like my case was just as important. I highly recommend working with this law office, they are sharp, responsive and effective. Don't put yourself as risk, call Casey, he will point you in the right direction and protect your integrity.

Emailed a few times, maybe 3 times, in regard to a refund on the remainder of a payment I made for services not received. I was not rude in any of them but firm on wanting the refund and inquiring when that would be. Lance called me with reasons why I “disregarded” the agreement I signed. I said I want to know if I will be receiving a refund or not from the firm, otherwise, I would do my part on recovering the remainder of funds. He then states, “I guess this ends our working relationship, idk who else you’ll complain to” I’m not sure why Lance felt comfortable enough to speak to me in this manner but I don’t appreciate it and I would advise against hiring someone who is rude for no apparent reason. Do better, be kinder.

I worked with Casey Arbenz and Lance Hester. Their professionalism and effort was simply outstanding. They fought for me and gave me their all throughout our entire case. They always take my call when they are available and always promptly return all calls and emails in a timely manner. Without saying too much about my case, my case was very complex, and am still currently working with them. I know, with the help of Casey and Lance, one day soon I will be forever done with court matters. They have fought many battles for me, and we have had many successes.
