My worst experience with a lawyer ever. (Trust me, I have had a few divorces).I used Grady as my divorce lawyer. Highly unorganized, did not file my divorce on time, I had to call and ask about it, then they filed it. I told them I was tired of dealing with lawyers for distribution of property. I wanted a mediator, he said fine, that will be more money, took my money, and NEVER went through a mediator. It was continuous back and forth with the lawyers. I asked for my money back, and they said they could not find where they overcharged me. They also do not respond to your inquiries about documentation. I am still waiting on legal forms MONTH's after everything has been finalized. I would highly recommend using a different lawyer. I would get this office a negative star if I could.

The person that answers the phone is always mad she had to. I tried to close on a property using this practice, and they would not return phone calls and 2 weeks after rescinding my offer on the house, I called to make sure escrow would be returned and they were very rude about it. Four weeks later, when I called again, the person answering the phone was rude, as expected, and they simply said they "forgot" to return my escrow funds. The amount of effort you have to put in so they can have billable hours is crazy. There have to be more professional, trustworthy options. Do not trust this firm.

Unprofessional, careless, the sectary is hateful, and whoever handles the deeds in the office is not capable of handling simple tasks such as transfering names on a property deed and then filing the deed. What should only take a few days took months for just one deed. My husband brought the second deed to the office along with a map. [Not sure why he would go back for round two]! Months passed, and he received a call from whoever handled the billing. He was told that he needed to go pay for the first deed. He told them respectfully, his wife paid months ago in the office, with a debit card. That deed was never filed! A few more months passed while waiting on the second deed, and he eventually started calling them every day. The lady on the phone repeats the same thing every day, including

There are good people at the firm. However, one lady in the front office is just down right rude. I was told by the attorney to follow up if I have not heard from him by a certain time. So I followed up on multiple occasions, the front office staff promised an update by next day each time but never did. After multiple tries, I called again for an update on the case, the lady on the phone repeated the same previous response. So this time I finally brought up my concerns, then the lady spoke rudely and asked in a very frustrated voice "What else do you want us to do?" and my phone call was rushed to an end. How about take care of your clients and keep your commitments. And when you fail to do so on multiple occasions, how about reassure your customer that your law firm belongs in business a
