My mom went in today to ask a few questions and had a really great experience. The lawyer was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My mom felt comfortable and never felt rushed. The receptionist was also extremely friendly and welcoming. We truly appreciate how helpful and respectful everyone was. No one wants to file for bankruptcy. It is a difficult decision to make and somewhat of a pride issue also. From the moment I first spoke with Todd on the phone, he put me a ease with my decision. On our first appointment, we went thru all my options and he explained them to me thoroughly. He was more than kind and understanding of my situation.
