Had a good experience going through this firm for an auto accident. Was a long process, as most are, but I was always kept informed. Jay Heit went to bat for me and got reductions on all my medical bills. He even reduced his own bill costs due to some minor clerical errors that occurred during the process. It was a very professional and stand up thing to do, which is becoming exceedingly rare. As a whole I was happy with my representation.

I'm not sure what to think as Katrina returned my call 7 days later to say for $100 Stephanie Sinn would have a 30 minute phone call to figure things out and then her hourly rate would be $350. When I reminded Katrina the reason for my call as she was providing info for stuff I didn't ask about, then the rate changed to a $600 flat fee.

excellent team! they worked closely with me to gain a substantial settlement, which other EC area offices felt was unachievable. those others' $xx,xxx loss. closer to 6-digit loss, but, ya know I'm happy to find Jay & Beth at EC Herrick & Hart. they just get it, and get it done!
