Received as a court appointed attorney and charge 650 for absolutely zero defense. Don't ever use even if appointed. You are better off without an attorney than with this useless person. Paid for absolutely the worst defense ever. I could have gotten the same defense if I had done the case per se.

Worst law firm in Bryan/college station,tx. Daniel Hernandez represented me on my case and they had no evidence against me nor would I EVER do the thing I was convinced of. The case should’ve been thrown out and the dude didn’t do anything to help me, he wouldn’t ever pick up his phone I wouldn’t hear from him till the day of court and I got convinced!!!! I could’ve represented myself and been better off. If I could give no stars I would I wouldn’t recommend this law firm nor Daniel Hernandez to my worst enemy.
