I’m writing this five-star review because Nicole Schaum, the Associate Attorney at Hernandez & Associates, did an outstanding job representing my wife throughout her immigration process. I was truly impressed by her professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail. She is kind, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. First of all I scheduled an appointment they did an intake to set me up with the right lawyer. Then the day before my appointment they call me to say they can't see me because I need a civil lawyer. Then they put me thru to a lawyer who reviewed my case and said I do have probable cause but said he can't take my case because it's to time consuming and don't look like a big payout. Well at least he wished me good luck. So if it don't benefit them you are on your own what a joke.

I hired Hernandez Law Firm for my immigration case and was hopeful at first. However, my case was not filed until three months after I submitted all documents. Communication was poor and I was often left without updates. Then the attorney I had been dealing with left the firm. No one told me and it took weeks to get a new one assigned. For what they charge, I expected better. I do not recommend them based on my experience.
