The only reason I am giving them a rating higher than a one is the service they gave to my mother in preparing the trust. They brought documents to her to sign instead of her having to travel. The issues came when administering the trust after her passing. An email was sent out to a financial institution asking for other institutions’ account numbers and contacts. I had already provided them with the other accounts and contacts. It also had multiple typos. One stated “…we are not assisting her son…”. Following up after two weeks, nothing had been accomplished – no new EIN for the trust (takes 30 minutes on the IRS site), no other financial institution contact. We have since parted ways. They did refund my full retainer. If using this firm, set expectations and timelines for miles
