I had the pleasure of working with Grady Hepworth recently. He was amazing! He explained the process, was extremely efficient, tremendously smart, and most importantly he was sympathetic to my case. Jeff should’ve been my first call! After an accident, I tried to settle with the insurance companies myself. It was extremely overwhelming and confusing. Finally I came to my senses and a friend recommended calling Jeff. Hands down the best decision! I hired Jeff in Boise based on reviews and my conversation with him. I made it clear up front that I was looking for an official letter and some legal pressure, not a trial. He wrote the initial letter, I didn't think it was very good but I trusted him and sent it anyway. The other lawyer's response was far better and more thorough. For example, where Jeff's letter asked for $100k compensation without a cost breakdown, the other lawyer gave an exact amount with a full breakdown, down to the cent. The entire response was impressive, and in another league. I was feeling skeptical at this point, but this was Jeff's time to shine.
