I would not recommend Mr. Henry. A child died in my sons home and he and the mother were arrested. There are so many medical records to be investigated by an expert to bring to light a possible medical issue. Carlos wanted to go with his own narrative at trial and point fingers at the mother to make it look better for my son. He neglected to present the entire case or follow through with getting a complete medical record and expert. My son was sentenced to LWOP. Useless is a much better word then i would use to describe him! Overcharging, taKing possession of property and leaving town for the duration of the case. He never showed He needs to be barred! Never able to practice law again!

This dude is a joke that doesn’t have your side even before you explain your story my sister tried to hire him but before she could get him up to date on what happened with her case he bluntly called her names and repeatedly disrespected her..he is very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend for a speeding ticket! If I could I would have gave -5 stars

I wish I could give Carlos fewer stars than one. Couldn't even be bothered to let Potawatomi County know in was in rehab almost a decade ago, so now I have to clean up his mess.
