Interesting how my negative review disappeared. In 2018 Mr Simmons represented me in a divorce case. He gladly accepted my 25K retainer, but never gave me a representation letter. About 2 years later as things were wrapping up and I brought complaint against him with GA Bar Association, he presents an agreement letter I NEVER SAW, NOR SIGNED. He never presented the original of this document as evidence as I requested. The bar association that presides over these cases is group of 3, 2 being attorneys. Now who do you think is going to win??? Bottom line, you may think your attorney is on your side, but in all reality, he is on HIS side. What an awesome attorney , very professional and a great lawyer. Mr.Simmons took care of me and got down to the facts of the case. He good took care me and kept in contact with me the whole time. Never did I feel confused or anxious about the case or what was going on. He always had my best interest in mind and worked out the best outdone possible. Without him things could have been a lot worse and for that I'm thankful and would recommend him to any/everybody. Mr. Simmons is a consummate attorney. He kept me informed of every aspect of my case. He's also a very warm and caring person. His assistants are also very knowedgeable, helpful and friendly. I'd recommend their firm to anybody.
