We used your firm two years ago for our adoption. This morning, I called with a simple question to clarify something related to the adoption, as we’ve recently encountered an issue. Unfortunately, the interaction left me very disappointed. The staff member I spoke with repeatedly stated, “Well, this is how I do it”, or when referring to the place in Lancaster that did our adoption “There’s no way that’s true,” referring to a third party in Lancaster, well guess who was in that office 2 years ago me guess who was not the person I spoke with. I wasn’t calling to dispute anyone, I genuinely do not know whether the information is accurate, and I also understand she would have no way of knowing exactly what the former attorney handled at the time. I would not give her any stars. I don't think she had my best interest on her mind, just money as my bill keep increasing. I feel she was for my x husband, didn't fight for me. I filed for divorce in 2019 and only got divorced in 2024!!!

I had Attorney Santiago represent me in a Bankruptcy case. She informed me of all my options and once I decided to move forward, she told me what I needed to provide her with and do on my own. I kept her in the loop of information I was receiving and we discussed how my hearing would be handled.
