Hendershott Mark

Mr. Hendershott has done quality work for the Rice Hill North Water District. I am the Secretary/Treasure and my husband is a Board of Director. We couldn't be more pleased with his handling of the Districts legal issues. He has been very easy to work with. He explains issues very concisely. He has attended our members meetings for the last 2 years and answered legal questions for those that didn't understand easement issues and other topics. We have been using his services for the last 2 years. We are very lucky to have him representing our community water district.

Mark Hendershott was hired by a water district I belong to. Presented at a meeting and had not done his homework. Tried intimidation and threats to try and encourage me as a property owner to change mind. Since I was also a board person and had no idea he be at a yearly meeting except he stated the district had hired him to mediate a solution. Was unprofessional in his spoken and didn't do his due diligence in written word. We were informed he was there to mediate a solution. mediation is typically a nonpartisan individual that does not work for one party or the other . This was not his presentation.

Mark Hendershott is not in the correct state of mind to be able to perform any type of paperwork, let alone legal or something that pertains to the laws. And I quote “I’m 76 years old, I can’t remember everything”. Enough said!
