Susan Rutz is the worst Guardian ad Lidium there! Do not let your attorney talk you into agreeing to her! She is one sided, bias and easily paid off. If you are not in her financial class, nor fit what she deems “her” standards of lifestyle, it’s not going to end well. She does not look out for the best interest of the person that’s a fact!

These people are currently trying to charge me for services I already paid them for. Seven years ago the woman took my case, spent no time in court, was extremely rude during ANY conversation over my case and then two days before court refused to represent me and said that she would hand me my file I needed if I paid off my remaining balance. I paid that balance the next day, received my file with everything I was going to need for my court date and went our separate ways. SEVEN YEARS LATER..... I am being contacted via mail that I am being sued from another law firm over this issue. Almost $6,000!? Excuse me!? The woman literally did NOTHING was EXTREMELY rude and then took me for what I owed and decided since she charge me again. Don’t go with these people unless you wanna ruin your life
