We had used Ken Shearn in the past and that was great. When I had more real estate work, I found out he had retired and was referred me to Mr. Arienti. It took so long for him to call me back. That continued to be a frustrating ordeal. I was buying two lots, nothing complicated but I wanted help trying to buy the other adjacent lots and despite repeated attempts, he never called me back. If he didn’t want to do it, he should have just told me that and referred me to somebody else.

We are a local business here in Great Barrington, and have worked with Nick Arienti who helped us through many legal matters most recently consolidating and refinancing our debt. Susan who works in the office is always there to help with forms and documentation long after the transaction. She is easy to get a hold of and responds very quickly, she is truly a great asset. Would highly recommend them.
