Hired as attorneys for my mother’s family probate case— I honestly hated the entire experience due to choosing this office. The communication was God-awful. Always having to reach out to get information instead of the lawyer/assistant keeping us abreast. Assistant’s attitude was the worst coming from a professional legal office. Would not connect us to Heidi, our actual lawyer, when requested. Absolutely no call backs from her. There’s another review that talks about how they don’t explain things well which is 100% true. She is the worst and most unprofessional lawyer I have ever dealt with. First she’s used as a divorce attorney, she’s convinced there are children shared between the divorcing parties but there were NONE! Insists child support needs to be paid FOR CHILDREN THAT DO NOT EXIST! Then fast forward 3 years, we need to have the “marital house” taken care of. First, she insisted we needed to file bankruptcy!!! When we actually don’t! We don’t have debt to file bankruptcy for! We went back over the house which was to be refinanced in the ex’s name, but here we are 4 years later, 3 court dates later and the house IS STILL NOT TAKEN CARE OF!
