Edit: they actually did manage to mail my divorce decree! but there was an issue. care to guess what the issue was? no need, I'll tell you. they managed to get the house number AND the zip code incorrect so the post office returned it to them. yes, despite me texting my address to them and my address being ON THE DIVORCE DECREE, they still managed to get two parts of the address wrong. the goal post quite literally couldn't get moved anymore unless they accidently ran over my cat. Every time I spoke to him he acted like it was the first time we've ever spoken. Talked like a senile old man that kept telling me my future ex husband's name was a name that is completely different from his actual name, which tells me he wasn't ever paying attention when speaking with me. (or perhaps dementia?)

Took my money ignored my phone calls. Constantly forget about me and my case. Had the audacity to tell me if I wanted him to work my case I had to call him weekly to remind him. After expressing concerns about his performance he told me I could just fire him. Raised his voice and yelled at me on the phone on multiple occasions. Has a thing for asking questions then speaking over you when you try to answer them. Worked with him for years but I just give up. I'm out thousands and I haven't seen my kids in years. Despite having a 50/50 agreement. Choose your lawyer wisely. It impacted my future in a very negative way.

On top of taking over a year to finalize a divorce that was written almost entirely by the other parties lawyer. Losing paperwork, admitting to forgetting about the case, and taking days to weeks to respond. Mark also put a lien on my home despite being OVERPAID with the retainer and has not removed it 4 months after filing despite multiple attempts to reach out and have this taken care of in a timely manner. Would not recommend, very disorganized and unprofessional.

Great attorney and amazing staff. They go above and beyond to get the job done with integrity and respect on all fronts... which is a rare and wonderful blend of awesomeness you just don't see enough of these days and especially not in these type of mandatory courtroom dramas. I have absolutely felt as though I was in good hands while charting very unfamiliar waters. And when your Children's wellbeing and safety is at stake, that's priceless!

Mark was quick to return my call when I needed a consult. Very personable and was highly professional while advising me of the options I had concerning the matter. I would recommend him and his office to anybody needing legal representation in family court.
