The funds for our new home were being drawn from a personal investment account which requires multiple layers of verification. Because we wanted to be certain of a timely transfer, we asked repeatedly over the course of two full business days for the numbers for wiring the money for our closing. We were told that we would receive everything the first day, but Bridgett simply refused to provide us with the information. She managed to take the time write a detailed email explaining why she was unable to complete a simple task, and seemed oblivious to the fact that clients have no interest in hearing someone complain about their workload.
