Never received copy of medical bills that were not in my legal name. It took them 2 weeks to return by my phone calls and emails. 7k for an imaging bill I can't even remember. I can get a MRI with contrast done for about$1500. Never received proof of what I owed.
I didn't end up using them as they didn't service my need. But they were extremely professional and guiding me in the right direction. With all others I called regarding my issue we just hang up if I ever do need their services in the future I won't even think twice!!
Great firm and lawyers to work with. Staff in the Greenville office are so friendly and accommodating.
