Worst attorney around. He had spoke with a father of a case while the farther was attorney shopping and he was so pushy and was demanding the money to hire him. Well the father decided not to hire him and then all of sudden the other party which was the ex had supposedly hired him. Which is sketchy because he already knew about the case and all about the other party situation before he even took the case on for the ex wife. So that is Conflict of Interest. Do Not recommend him for anything. He’s all about the woman case and he’s not fair to either party. Oklahoma is already a woman’s state but any attorney should be fair to both parties regardless in the case. He does not uphold the law for the CONFLICT OF INTEREST RULE.

How do you thank someone who saved your life? Haynie saved my family member from a long jail sentence and was there through out the litigation and made himself aware and available amongst many situations. When someone gets sentenced to jail time or other legal matters, he can help. He is a not cheap but how much is it worth not to be in jail or out of trouble.

Tim was very thorough and helpful with my divorce. He made sure all of the bits and pieces necessary were in the papers and made himself available when needed.

He helped me with my case and everything went smoothly. He’s a good lawyer and I’d use him again in the future in a heartbeat.
