Haynes Melbye Law Office, PLLC

Do not use this office! My brother, a Vietnam vet had used Miss Haynes in the past. We thought she was retained, and three siblings out of state were trying to ‘catch up’ on hearings by a daughter for guardianship that could have been cruel. I called to see, it was late I know, but for us as well, desperately trying to get information to the ‘‘ Court’ to the Judge. I had written my concerns and she said she would go to Court the next day at 4:00. I practically begged her to get my information to the Judge. She just didn’t show up. Jami Haynes is not a 1 she is a zero!

Diane Melbye is, by far, the rudest attorney I've come across...ever. Has no regard for the issues that're important to you, or the ones that you as for clarification on. Everything is always about 'her'. I'd recommend you spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.

I have no idea how this place is still open, very unprofessional, rude, and no accountability, paid to file something that didn’t even get filed, you would be better off throwing your money into a burn barrel.

Melby is the rudest, most unprofessional lawyer/person I've met in many years.
