H&L is a great place to work if you want to gain valuable experience and work cases that truly help people. Mine time there taught me so much, that I was easily able to gain several promotions at the DOJ. Both lawyers are extremely dedicated to their clients, and if you DO NOT share their desire and passion, then as a possible employee, you should not apply. Having read many of the “sour grape” comments, these people obviously lacked skills, good work ethic, and dedication. If I were a client, there is no other firm I would hire for my legal needs. I still consider Mr. Haynes to be a mentor for all things professional, and it has gotten me far.
