Do Not use. Took my money. 4000.00. Did absolutely nothing for me. Chris Brown is the worst I've ever seen. He lied to me and to this day I've never received the paper work that I'm entitled to after all was said and done. Haynes firm should get rid of this guy. Worthless!!!

Mr. Darrell Haynes took his time explaining all the necessary steps in filing a Will for Probate. He was very thoughtful and no questions went unanswered. I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance when dealing with a loved ones death.

Do not ever use Mike Smith. I had the misfortune of hiring him back in December, and it was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I had a custody case, in which I told him that they were going to try to make me out be this mean, abusive mother. That is completely untrue, by the way, and I spent several month working tirelessly to put together the evidence to prove otherwise. I had stacks of affidavits, character witnesses, videos, pictures, etc. Our case was held on December 14th, 2016, and I still can't get past how horribly he handled the case. Even after he said he would, he did not present one shred of evidence, nor did he pose any arguments against their accusations. Stated that he would take everything out two small property's were worth in legal fees knowing my mother was on 74 and on limited income and I'm 55 and disabled and on disability living inpoverty run down mobile homes with multiple repairs needed and all we needed was help in getting a lot sold in northeast and her lot and falling down mobile home in Midland. He stated it would take all the money in the sale of both so he could on help us unless it was a huge ranch land that would cover his fees. It was a very hurtful experience to even set at the table with him as he knew I was trying for help to get my 75 year old mother income to get her here in senior housing. This man is a wonderful lawyer I would suggest hiring him for any real estate issue or any problems you may be in. Also he's the mayor of of the town.
