I wish I could give 6 out of 5 stars. After a couple days of endless random phone calls to Hawaii title companies and Real Estate Attorney offices, I was losing hope. If someone would happen to pick up, they seem disinterested in helping or promised insanely long turn times for a simple deed change. That was until...I called Barbara at H.D.S. ! She quickly ascertained what we needed, laid out a simple and concise plan and set of instructions for us, and was responsive and delivered exactly what she promised. She saved our deal! If you're looking for amazing service, look no further - I would refer anyone seeking legal help in the realm of real estate to Barbara and her team.

I used their services for a title change on a property earlier this year. Barbara was very helpful, professional and provided clear guidance on the process. She also managed to expedite the transfer to accommodate my travel plans back to the mainland. I would not hesitate to recommend their services and will surely use them again.

Their service is top-notch and friendly. Cindy was very professional and explained everything about the deed transfer. Other staffs were very courteous, too. Having Notary service on site was very convenient. Parking is plenty and they will give you a visitor pass.
