I can’t recommend Rob Deters at Harter & Schottland enough. He helped me with a speeding and cannabis-related infringement, and the result worked out in my favor. Rob was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly and handled the situation efficiently from start to finish. If you want an attorney who actually cares and delivers results, Rob is the guy.

Engaged Mr. Harter to carry out a commercial eviction and he totally botched it all up. Wasted months, but he didn't file the correct paperwork, missing this and that. Finally, had to cut the losses (loose our retainer) for his mistakes and went with another firm that actually knows how to do evictions and they got it done! Would not waste your time with Harter & Schottland. They are inexperienced in the logistics of the law but experienced at getting your retainer. And, now they will reply that they don't have any record of me because that's what they always say for reviews that don't go their way. Whatever, stay away!
