Harris & Plottel set up our Will and living trust and did a fantastic job. Lots of choices when looking to find someone to put this together but if you want it done right, they are the best around. Staff is professional, very responsive, answered all our questions and were very thorough throughout the process. The attorney advised us on items that we did not consider but were critical to our situation and made sure the Trust was tailored to our families future. About six months after it was done, we moved to a different part of the state. H&P updated the trust with the new County with a simple phone call and a couple emails. The process was very easy and stress-free, highly recommend this Law office and staff.

Our appointment with Nicole was to primarily give Power of Attorney to our daughter and possibly update our nine-year- old Trust. We were happy with the first Trust and only wanted to make a few changes. There was a focus on fees right off and we were asked to make a $5,000 deposit that day and the hourly fee was about $315.00. At our appointment, Nicole spent 1 1/2 hours primarily making copies of our old Trust and making copies of everything we had. She also drew many diagrams (that we looked at upside down from across the table). She didn't ask enough questions, so when we got home, I wrote a short letter with the names and proper spellings of our family members and other important information. We received a draft very quickly of the new Trust and her assistant made 2-3 telephon

I hired these people to create my trust. At first I had a good experience with them. They started off nice. After speaking with the attorney I was handed down to one of her assistants never to speak with her again! I had some questions & changes to my trust and got on the phone with her manager Zack Plottel. WORST customer service ever! He is condescending belittling and does not let you talk. He made me feel like an idiot for asking question. Go somewhere else. Save your money. I contacted another attorney to finish the work and he was much cheaper. He also told me a lot of people have had the same experience with this firm. GO ELSEWHERE!

Wonderful people and amazing knowledge/experience base. Don't know what my family would have done without their help with mothers longterm care and financial set up for father. Literally a life saver for my father and priceless piece of mind for the family.

So called this attorney service just to ask a simple question as to how long it would take to set up a living trust and what they would need me to being with me in order to set it up as I live a hour and a half away they would not even answer those questions without paying them a consultation fee UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
