extremely poor service. I feel almost robbed by this lawyer. We had a small issue regarding an easement. on the initial consultation he told me that our neighbors contention is "ridiculous" and he will prepare a response to the letter we had received. However instead of preparing a response to the neighbors lawyer, he prepared a letter addressed to me saying that i have 3 options.......first is to follow the instructions in the neighbors letter, second was to ignore the letter and third was to go to court. he then sent me a bill for $400 for this pathetic advice. why do i need to hire a lawyer to give me this advice to do nothing. Instead of writing a response to the letter we had received, his letter was addressed to me giving me his brilliant 3 options. I had to hire another lawyer who d

Joe did an excellent job resolving a recent issue we had with a neighbor threatening to sue us over a tree damage issue near a property boundary line. His team did excellent research and put together a well-reasoned response letter based on current case law to the other party's attorney.

While they were not able to pick up my case, they clearly explained as to why. The communication skills were great during a basic phone call, so I would presume those communications skills would exist throughout a case. Recommended. 👍
