Recently used Eric Jervis as our real estate attorney and unfortunately I can’t not recommend him or this firm. The deal was done however there were mistakes that would have cost us more if I hadn’t pointed them out. There are still outstanding issues with the deal that Eric was going to find out about and didn’t. Then he snook in a $500 up charge, and when was asked he just simply ignored it until I asked again over the phone. Missed issues, refused to answer questions and then lied to us about mail being delivered to a house we were going to buy. Buyer beware, don’t use this firm.

I work with Lesley and had a great experience. Communications were good followed up with phone calls and emails.

I worked with Lesley for over two years on an estate issue regarding a deceased family member. She was professional, timely, and always knew her stuff. If I could give her more stars, I would. 10/5 stars.

Do not work with Lesley she is incompetent and rude. She started to yell at me and became accusatory when I didn’t understand why she didn’t know anything we spoke about previously. She didn’t know the lawyer that recommended me to her after I had told her several times in previous conversations. Blamed me for not having the abstract even though an update one needed to be ordered and she wrote an awful email to the real estate agents I am working with. If you can find an independent attorney in Oneonta I would recommend it.
