I wish I would have never hired this firm. I have to constantly beg for information. I've been waiting over a month for a doctor's appointment. The firm sent me (just) a screen shot of the name and date of my first appointment. No address or time to my email. I had to Google the place and call them myself for the address and time. The lawyer called me and quickly informed me that I was approved for payments. That's it! I dont know how much, how often, or how it will be paid. Being i cant contact the adjuster for information, i was depending on my lawyer to send me that info but of course i got absolutely nothing but attitude when i asked for it. I signed them as my attorney for a worker's comp case but the form 18 submitted on my behalf by Jack Hardison had numerous errors and missing information. My case, medical care and TTD checks were denied by my employer and since then getting them to respond to my numerous phone calls has been impossible, only by a written request for the firm to withdraw as my counsel to the NCIC has proved to get anywhere. I would not recommend them as an attorney.
