This company handled the closing of a property I was the seller for. On multiple occasions I was told I would receive a phone call back and never did. Each time I had to call to follow up on my questions. I paid for overnight shipping of a document which I did not receive overnight because the company did not drop it off early enough for it to be overnighted, therefore I did not receive the time sensitive document overnight. I called to follow up on this and was told "I'll have to talk to the attorney and get back to you."
