Absolutely terrible and evil people just wanting a paycheck, I had Alex at first before his family emergency absolutely a awesome and amazing guy, very understanding and helpful, then I get the big guy Ken, head of public attorneys “allegedly” hasn’t answered a single phone call nor called back or made any communication since he took over for Alex so 5 months now??? Everything is recorded and documented, He even had the office block my number!!! Because I have called 34 times in 5 months with no call back?? I call the office from a different phone, they answer set up an appointment and say they should have it fixed for my number but they do not! My name is Jonathon Wayne Spalding , Age 27. Just dealing with an alcohol relapse over the loss of my daughter. Getting shit on by everyone over
