I want to give this review for Attorney Nick Chotos. My son‘s case had been going on for two years .after another Attorney advised us to do a downward departure. We had no idea what it was. There was no explanations as to what to expect thinking that it was some sort of plea that we were agreeing to. Not until Nick got involved in our case did it start moving . not all law firms are the same because they say criminal law and I found that out the hard way, but thanks to Nick and hanlon law. Will Hanlon-Over priced and no real help. Made it sound really good and after I paid him his whole tune changed. Wouldn't even take the time to write anything down or create a file so everytime I talked to him it was the same questions. He tried to pass me off to another lawyer at the firm till I told him how I felt about that. I interviewed and paid you not this guy! He had no knowledge about the law of my case. He told me the deal was 3 years in PRISON and 10 years probation. 50K Couldn't even keep me out of prison on a 7 to 15 year F2 I'm still doing 13 years. What did I pay for??? Not only that he told me 3 years in prison you'll be out in 2.5 with gain time.. I had to tell him this charges comes with a mandatory sentence.
