Attorney Neil Hanley returned over $7,000.00 to my mother last July after I sent an email informing him I was going to file a report for financial abuse. He still owes $8,000+ to my mother, which he refuses to return. The remainder owed is in the form of unsigned cashier's checks payable to my mother for alimony and child support arrearage. These records are being subpoenaed from the issuing financial institution by another attorney to find out who signed these cashier's checks. My mother also sent Mr. Neil Hanley retainer and filing fees to file suit against two defendants in 2016. He did not file the suits, refused to contact my mother, but found it feasible to keep these funds. My mother is elderly. I have tried to settle this matter
