She answered phone, text or emails promptly and most of the time immediately. She was very friendly the times I spoke with her on the phone. She was very knowledgeable in the closing process and walked me through the entire process. I give her a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend her through the closing process. The attorneys name was Joshua Garlick. We only spent about 15 mins in his office, but he was friendly and knowledgeable as well. He gave us excellent customer service as well. I had a recent closing for my buyer clients at the Hankin & Pack Raleigh office, and couldn’t be more grateful for our closing attorney - Nina Pfeil. She’s unlike any other attorney I’ve worked with as she stayed late while we were waiting on their wired funds to come through. Since that didn’t happen before their office closed, we arranged plans for me to pick up keys outside of business hours in order to ensure my clients were able to successfully keep their scheduled appliance & furniture appointments the next day.
