This is my third transaction with this office and they have been amazing each time and went above any beyond for each of my client but especially my last deal! The lender delayed getting the mortgage package to the attorneys office but they were still able to close it on original close day. The original attorney was unable to close b/c it was so late in the afternoon so another Hankin & Pack attorney from another office graciously stepped in and explained all the closing paperwork (a 250 page package- it was a DPA loan) via video chat and the secretary notarized their signatures. In my real estate career, I have NEVER seen a law firm do this. They just say it will have to be done the next day! They literally saved this deal and the inconvenience of having to come back the next day to sign.
