I recently had a closing with this office (Alpharetta GA) that unfortunately did not meet professional expectations. At the scheduled closing time, the seller (an investor company) had not yet completed their signatures, which prevented my buyers from receiving their keys at closing. This created unnecessary stress and disappointment for my clients on what should have been a celebratory moment. Additionally, disbursement checks were not prepared at the time of closing. I personally informed the office and followed up by email that I would return the next day to pick up the checks. I rarely write bad reviews as I believe in supporting each other. I've closed with this attorney once before & did not have a good experience with the lady at the front office. She is very condescending. I chalked it up to her having a bad day. Unfortunately this time (6 months later)a different buyer fell in love with a home that a corporate seller owns & this was their preferred attorney. Closing was at 2, at 12:30 they call to push to 3. We agree, then a little after 1 they call again and ask to close at 2. Buyer heads out that way ( 1 hr drive without traffic) to make it for 2.
