They represent our coop LeHavre on the water in Whitestone ny and we are getting our elevators replaced and three of us have disabilities and they won’t accommodate us they’re discriminating against an 91 yr old USA veteran with heart and mobility issues!! They are violating ADA AND NYS DISCRIMINATION DISABILITY LAWS!

My mentally impaired relative was sent an eviction letter from this firm. She requested I advocate on her behalf. I am her power of attorney and had been considering being this person’s legal guardian. I spoke three times to the rude and insensitive paralegal. Not clear on her name, but starts with an S. What a condescending and unprofessional excuse for a paralegal. The most recent call she was abrupt, rude, and she hung up the phone on me. She is an embarrassment to anyone working in the legal profession, or any profession involving communicating with live humans. Perhaps she should be an embalmer. I have had a terrible experience working with this firm and Matthew especially. This should have been a very simple Real Estate Transaction and he made it extremely difficult. I have worked with a plethora of real estate attorneys and have never experienced one like Matthew. He is nearly impossible to get in touch with and very rarely answers the phone. After weeks of working, Matthew killed the deal. I do not recommend working with this firm.

0 stars as they lie about shareholders and residents in Le Havre on the Water aka LHOC and charge for made up fines and legal fees. Do NOT trust them!!! We called them about a shareholder who was harassing us; they said it was being taken care of and they turned it around on us because said shareholder was a friend of the board. They knew our complaint came first.
