Tim was referred to me by his old receptionist whom i went to church with. He was highly recommended. I paid him the retainer and he basically went MIA and took my money! i actually paid him for 2 child custody cases. one case he claimed he had been going back and forth with the other parties lawyer, this was probably 2021/2020 this case was abandoned. i was only ever able to get him to do his job on the other case due to my kids grandmother passing away and their Bio father kidnapping them while on he run from felony warrants. we had to call from blocked numbers and babysit his office just to catch him. eventually he did his job on that part. however the actual custody part after the EPO he never finished either.
