Ms. Handley was hired (by my insistence) on 6/27/19 to represent my children in court. My children told Ms. Handley that they have been physically abused by their mother for years and that they were even driven across our town on 8/28/19 by their intoxicated mother but Ms. Handley still recommended that my children split parenting time between me and their mother. Ms. Handley went as far as telling my children that she could recommend they get taken from me if they refuse to spend time with their abusive mother. Then on 10/1/19 my 12 year old daughter was again physically abused by her mother because she was forced by the court, upon Ms. Handley's recommendation, to be around her abusive mother.
