I call in the morning to get an update and they tell me to call back at 3:30. I called twice and the recording says if I call during normal business hours then they are busy with other clients. Normal business hours are from 8:30 until 4:30 Monday-Friday. I decide to drive up there and get there at 3:40pm and its pitch black and the shades are down. The sign says you dont close until 430. Its ridiculous that you can never get a hold of anyone.

Todd Mosley is an outstanding layer. Sometimes people make mistakes out of ignorance of the law. I really don't think the outcome would have been better had I paid the full price for a lawyer that I cannot afford.
