I had a very disappointing experience with Hamrick & Galanis in North Carolina. Over the course of my case, I was passed between three different attorneys, and I was never informed when the first two lawyers left the firm. Each time someone new took over, I had to completely re-explain my situation and resend information because my case details were not properly passed along. This showed a serious lack of communication and internal organization. I was originally quoted one price by the first lawyer but was later charged a higher amount, and I was told I would receive a refund because I had been overcharged. That refund was never issued despite multiple follow-ups, and my situation is still unresolved. In my view, this is unacceptable for a professional law firm. I am still expecting the f

If I could give zero stars I would. Zero for zero communication, zero help. We started working with this company in Nov 2022 when we were starting a business. We had deeds that needed to be retitled. They came highly recommended. We informed them then and multiple, multiple times we were opening Jan1 2023. The young lady my husband talked to repeatedly said no problem, everything’s under control, no problem with Jan1. Called the week before Christmas and confirmed with the same young lady we would be ready Jan1. Guess what?!! They were closed the week after Christmas. No one called. No email. Absolutely zero communication. I have worked with multiple attorneys and I have never encountered a situation as unprofessional as this one.
