If I could give 10 stars I would. Used Blake Hampton to facilitate my mother's medicaid application. After the initial meeting ; my stress disappeared. Blake is extremely knowledgeable about the inner workings of the Medicaid process. Kate was invaluable, always promptly returning my calls and keeping me up to date with every step. I have used Hampton Law both professionally and personally. I interviewed Blake in 2015 when I was working as a professional HCS and DPOA. What struck me was his sincerity to do the right thing for his clients. 5 years later, my experience and impression are the same. After moving my elderly mother to Florida, I brought her to Blake to update her legal papers as he was someone I trusted.

I'm not used to dealing with lawyers, and how much time it takes to accomplish things. But for me, what I had to do I thought was relatively simple, but all in all, it took a very long time to get done. At issue was getting a stock transferred from my late mother's name, into mine. I started these proceedings well before the pandemic hit, but since it didn't get resolved until after we had to deal with Covid -19, the price per share of the stock dropped dramatically, and it cost me. Blake is a great guy, and thorough, and his efforts are supreme, but as I say, the time it took to resolve hurt me, financially. Hence, I couldn't check off on the responsiveness.

Excellent for senior law estate planning. Seniors, this may sound expensive to do senior estate planning, but it's well worth it and he can save you money. Blake is so knowledgeable in what's best for his clients regarding estate planning, Medicare, Medicaid, distribution of assets, etc. You must see this attorney.
