No consumer law attorneys. No Attorneys return calls and resent the referral. I spent an entire year calling for Consumer Law Attorneys. Absolutely no one would help, lucky if I got a call back. They were all rude and refused to take a case EVEN if I paid them $1500.00 so believe me, I am quite right and it has been an absolutely horrific experience. 100%. Honestly, don't you think I would much rather be doing something else than BEGGING for help?? Do you seriously think I enjoy writing these reviews? My experience with the entire Legal System in Massachusetts has been a total nightmare. Noone knows how to defend a consumer, and the used car warranties that Thrifty Car Sales of Westfield and Springfield are total fraud. They simply do not honor the warranties they give and force the owner

Complete waste of time it’s like the “lawyers of the day” are not there for the people who don’t understand the laws and need help they are there to work with what benefits the court and judges more. They don’t help at all , they don’t listen to what you have to say and they are rude. If you did not get into law to help the people who can’t afford lawyers then why are you working! Get a new job if you have no patience for the people who need help with understanding the laws

This service is so helpful!! I’ve been in contact with them numerous times to help deal with my tenants. They are knowledgeable and tell you step by step on what to do next! Highly recommend!!

The worst place to call them again it's Massachusetts!!! Can't even speak to somebody , they send you a form there email then you have to wait a week .. ridiculous
