Best decision we made during the course of selling a multi million dollar commercial property was to hire Michael Hagen and his legal team. Michael has a thorough understanding of real estate laws like no other. He is a problem solver who finds solutions in the most complex of issues. He’s attentive, patient, and a great communicator. He kept us informed every step of the way, and when there was an issue he promptly notified us to get at a resolution. I doubt this real estate transaction would’ve gone through had it not been for Michael’s great efforts. He is simply the best and I strongly recommend him.

Referred to this place from another firm for a case that fits squarely into their expertise area. But, apparently the case is "too small" based on the RE valuation alone... without knowing a single detail about the case, or the fact that this would have surely been billed hourly so WHO CARES. Zero referrals, and immediately dismissive. Will never be calling them again, nor recommending anyone does either.
