This place was trying to reach my cousin who is out of the country. I was polite, but explained the process and how they could reach out (since that cousin is deployed in the military) they were super rude and disrespectful. Even laughed it off. I just assumed they were jerks, blew it off. Then 4 months later they claimed they served my cousin (he is still deployed and I am just hearing of them “serving” him) very weird someone should probably look into the process server who is signing off on these. The debt they are chasing is his first ever credit card that had a $300 limit at 18 he’s now 31 and paid this 5 times over. I’m not exactly sure what kind of scam this is but it’s definitely a scam. This place has some sort of process server who don’t actually serve papers but claims he did. My brother who has been deceased for ten plus years was allegedly served they claimed to have served him this year when he passed in 2017, so they didn’t but it’s not going to affect him. The debt was allegedly years after his passing, and they have no paperwork despite us having the legal proof of his estate and passing and offering it they had no interest. I think it’s important for people to know they are claiming to serve people when it’s not possible. (If you have someone who can really serve papers to heaven, I wanna go to as we have been wanting g to see my brother). I paid this law firm a debt I actually owed when I didn’t have to or maybe I had to way back in 2011-12. Now days you hear of old creditors trying to call your phone (please note they will find you for an old debt you owe with threats) with all your information even up to your social security number?!?! Just to make it seem legit. Do not listen to any of those types of messages. They say if you don’t answer some legal action will be taken against you… my mother even called me about this message cause they even called her phone number 🧐. How did they get her information? Maybe by me making her an emergency contact… anyway, she talked to her fiancée and told her to tell me to do nothing and don’t pay, cause he had the same experience. I didn’t do anything . These people will lie to you. Made a big payment to cover for 2 months, and now I was ding with a late payment saying I missed a payment. This place is such a scam. THEN I offer to pay off my leftover debt with an amount I'm able to afford, they weren't willing to agree with current situation. I'm about to contact a lawyer and fight this case.

SCAMMERS! ATTORNEY GENERAL please investigate! Consumers - do not pay them a penny and feed into their scam. This law firm claimed we owed outstanding debt to Capital One, then proceeded to send another letter informing us our wages would be garnished if not paid. After ignoring all their BS for months, they sent a letter saying this lawsuit has been dismissed along with the garnishment. I feel sorry for the many people who fell victim to this law firm, paying them a supposed debt out of fear of retaliation. Why is this firm still in business? Seriously wrong. Read the other Google reviews - they are without a doubt scamming people and getting away with it. They need to be held accountable.
