Sent over a payment and didn’t even give me a confirmation number , I called to check how can I get that and the person I spoke with has no clue what they are doing. How will I know that my payment was made if even the person working has no clue either ? The good thing is I screen recorded the entire payment process but it’s Very unprofessional and lack of communication. Over 15 min to get someone on the phone

Most likely WINN LAW GROUP scammers trying to hide. They won't work with, or help you. They serve improperly, get a default judgement, and then they ignore and let the interest rack up. Avoid like the plague and call a real lawyer for your case. Pathetic trash people.
