If I could give Negative Stars, I would. Marc Gursky is the epitome of a sleazy lawyer - that works for Unions no less. He was (is) on my charge case (via local 328 against RISE dispensary in Warwick), and did the paperwork & filing for said charge, however when I noticed there could be numerous conflicts of interest, he quickly said he would be happy to withdraw my charge so that I could file one myself. He then also referred me to ask any/all further legal questions to the Union Rep, Miguel Santos, who already proved himself to be a legal liability by misrepresenting Mr. Gursky's position at the start of the issue, as well as not being an attorney. Now, a month + later, I have filed my own charge with the NLRB, and Mr. Gursky & Union have NOT dropped my charge. Instead, they are continu
